Very useful

When the app opens the screen is blank. The it freezes my phone. Updating the app doesnt help either. Has been happening for weeks with no fix.

I havent been able to open Moments since April 16th. Just a blank white screen...seriously disappointing.

It is not simple to remove a photo from a moments collection. I have a collection that has multiple copies of the same photo and when you select one of the dupes the remove option is grayed out at the bottom. Why is this?

These Moments folder is an awesome add. Well organized and easy access. A genius move FB. Thank you!

Update not working. Crashes and freezes my iPhone 5s/10.3. Wont let me do any editing. Way to go Zuckerberg

I thought Id was great... I loved the tunes with it... should let us choose our music. But I loved it

Its still not working. Updated it twice and it still doesnt open.

I had issues opening the app for awhile. Just did the update and it just crashes. Please fix so I can look for a picture! So frustrating! UPDATE: I just updated it again and still nothing! Your "bug" fixes arent working. Too many bugs!

I would like to know if now since my photos are in this moments category so nicely done by you if I deleted them from my camera would I lose them forever or would they be in my Moments and would I have access to them??

I have this App on my iPhone 6s+, my IPad mini an I havent ever had one bit of problems with this app..... Its actually really neat to create the things that the app does an has on it.... I dont indorse , recommend or refer anything to anyone unless I feel that IT is worthwhile an something that has REAL MEANING to it an that will help you an NOT HINDER YOU in anyway, shape or form ... Plus its NOT one of those really stupid Apps that absolutely does NOT make a bit of sense... For the people who hate this App, Please, Please, Please Try uninstalling it, then Re downloading it while your charging your phone on Wifi.... It truly makes a whole new world of difference on how any of your apps turn out for you.. This App is one I honestly believe a person should have on their device... I Give this App ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Stars out of 5 ..!!!! IT IS DEFINITELY A WINNER. ? Thank You, Michelle L Herman of Sonora Caly ????

It doesnt save anything so you can make more room on your phone. I thought this was an app that did that apparently it isnt.

I deleted this app almost immediately after downloading. I was unaware that the second a moment is created, the app automatically shares it with your contacts (presumably contacts that have been automatically tagged in the photos in the moment). I hadnt even had the chance to look at the photos in the grouping. Call me crazy, but I actually like having control over my privacy settings. Ill continue to do things the old-fashioned way and edit my photos first then upload them to Facebook and tag them as *I* see fit.

App crashes after opening, this started after the last update.

Facebook, get it together. The premise for this app is great- I love sharing pictures of my kids with family- but it is just the worst for usability. Even on wifi it is always ridiculously slow, drains my battery in minutes, and never fully uploads videos. I literally have to budget an hour of time or more plugged in to the wall in order to upload anything. I do hope youre able to fix the problems in an update. Very unsatisfied customer.
